Our offer
As a complementary element to the offer of die casting, we provide workpiece finishing services: separation of gating systems, shot blasting of workpieces and vibratory blasting. In addition to removing unnecessary leftovers of the technological process of casting, they allow us to obtain a uniform external surface of the parts, prepared for subsequent operations, such as anodizing. At the same time, sharp edges are blunted in an automated manner, which significantly reduces the loss of time associated with deburring the workpieces before further processing.

Automatic blasting machine COGEIM
It allows operation in automatic mode, which increases the efficiency of the process and does not require continuous operator supervision. The internal design of the bowl ensures that the shot is uniformly applied to the surfaces of the workpieces. It enables to process different sizes of workpieces and lots, making it a versatile tool to support batch production.

Vibratory blaster
A device used to remove post-production contaminants from the surface of workpieces. This type of equipment is effective even for machining parts with complex shapes or hard-to-reach areas. Mechanical vibration provides surface uniformity, which improves the aesthetic and functional quality of products.

Process characteristics
Surface treatment methods for metal elements are divided into three categories, regardless of the selected technology:
- manual - the technician directly monitors the process and influences the final result. The disadvantage of manual control is low efficiency and average quality. Manual control is used for basic processes that do not require high precision;
- semi-automatic - this method requires special equipment and an operator. The product is processed on stationary machines with manual adjustment of process parameters;
- automatic - metal surface treatment is carried out without human assistance thanks to autonomous devices with a built-in program. The advantage of this method is high accuracy and speed, minimization of waste and the lack of the human factor. Automatic machines are used in large-scale production.
Having questions?
What is the minimum production batch size?
In order to maintain a balance between the economy of time utilization and the cost of detail production, we have set a minimum production batch size of 100 pieces.
What electronic documentation formats do you accept?
We accept electronic documentation in the following formats: Solidworks, Parasolid, STEP, SAT, IGES. 2D drawings: Solidworks, DWG, DXF, possibly PDF.
What casting alloys are used in production?
Most of our production is made from the following alloys:
DIN 226 D - EN AC 46000,
DIN 230 D - EN AC 44300,
DIN 231 D - EN AC 47100,
DIN 239 D - EN AC 43400
Can I order production based on a specimen?
Such orders are always considered individually after detailed consultation and estimation of the cost of preparing the design of the workpiece and tooling.
Is it possible to have the details anodized?
Of course! As part of the cooperation, we are also able to offer this type of service and provide comprehensive production.
Can I outsource production from an existing mold?
Yes, we engage in production using existing tools after prior verification of documentation and inspection of the mold.
No answer?
Not a problem!
